VogChat Terms of Use

1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND ACCEPTANCE

VogChat is a technology platform that provides users with a registration-free, encrypted, temporary (ephemeral), and anonymous instant messaging infrastructure.

Hosting Provider Status: VogChat operates as a "Hosting Provider" in accordance with applicable laws, including Law No. 5651 and international internet regulations.

Content Creation and Moderation: VogChat does not create, monitor, verify, moderate, or approve any user-generated content (including messages, images, or links).

All content shared through the Platform is the sole responsibility of the users who create and share such content.

2. USAGE RULES AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The anonymity and privacy provided by VogChat do not imply permission for illegal or harmful activities. The following actions are strictly prohibited. Upon detection or complaint, the related chat will be immediately and permanently terminated:

Illegal Activities:

Planning, promoting, or engaging in terrorism-related content, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, or any activity considered illegal under applicable local or international laws.

Malicious Software and Links:

Sharing viruses, trojans, malware, or links that may harm users' devices.

Abuse and Violence:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), incitement to violence, threats, harassment, bullying, or hate speech.

Fraud:

Phishing, identity theft, financial fraud, or deceptive practices targeting users.

VogChat does not guarantee proactive detection of such violations but reserves the right to take action upon notice, complaint, or technical detection.

3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Data Loss: VogChat is built on an infrastructure that does not store messages or content. VogChat shall not be held liable for any loss of data resulting from internet disruptions, browser closures, technical failures, or similar circumstances. No backups exist.

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service: Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. The service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, or technical requirements.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA

These Terms of Use form an integral part of the Privacy Policy.

By using VogChat, the user acknowledges and accepts that:

• Chat content is not stored,
• IP addresses are anonymized,
• Appointment scheduling data (time and predefined phrase only) is temporarily stored with automatic 24-hour deletion,
• Maximum of 15 appointments per chat room within 24 hours is enforced,
• All technical data is irreversibly deleted once a chat session ends.

5. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

VogChat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or permanently terminate any chat, chat code, or technical access,
• Without prior notice,
• Without providing any justification,

in cases of suspected misuse, complaints, abuse, or threats to system or server security.

6. AGE REQUIREMENT

The Platform is intended for users aged 13 and older.

• Use of VogChat by individuals under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.
• Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children's internet usage.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws and courts of the country and city where VogChat management is located.

Due to its role as a hosting provider and its policy of not retaining content or logs, VogChat holds only limited technical data and does not maintain recoverable content records.
